Among them, 1262 food complaints (accounting for 30.53%of the total number of complaints and reports), 782 complaints (accounting for 24.95%of the total number of complaints), 480 reports (accounting for 47.86%of the total number of complaints), 1204 cases have been completed so far. The settlement rate was 95.48%, and the cumulative economic loss for consumers was 122,300 yuan.
