The team of Yang Junli, a researcher at the Key Laboratory of Northwestern Featured Plant Resources Chemistry, Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, used modern separation technology, structure identification technology, and drug screening technology to screen and find phenylethanol acetylcholinesterase from the dried and mature peels of Z. bungeanum Inhibitor (Analytical Methods, 2019, 11:4931); isolated and prepared the antioxidant active components of Z. schinifolium, and clarified the molecular structure of the main active substances.
