This article discussed the degradation of two kinds of Alternaria by low-temperature plasma technology, and the results showed that 1500μg/ml Alternaria phenol and Alternaria phenol methyl ether were 100%degraded within 180s and 300s, respectively. In addition, the degradation rate of the two mycotoxins is the highest under alkaline conditions (100%), while the degradation rate is lower under neutral and acidic conditions. The catalysts FeSO4 and H2O2 help promote the degradation of the two toxins. This research provides new ideas and methods for the control of Alternaria in food.
