The centre for food safety (CFS) of the Hong Kong food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) said on April 14 that following the earlier announcement that imported chocolate products in Hong Kong may be contaminated by Salmonella, the centre’s follow-up investigation found that two other affected products had been imported into Hong Kong. The centre urges the public not to eat the products. If the industry holds the affected products, it should immediately stop using or selling them.
