On October 28, the 17th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology was held in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. At the meeting, the awarding ceremony of the 2020 China Food Science and Technology Society Science and Technology Innovation Award was held. The achievement of”Key Technologies and Industrialization of Comprehensive Utilization of Bulk Edible Fungus By-products” hosted by Researcher Wang Wenliang of the Agricultural Products Research Institute won the second prize of technological progress.
