In order to further promote the sampling inspection and monitoring of food safety and effectively prevent food safety risks, from July 14 to 15, Ma Xiaojun, deputy director of the sampling inspection and monitoring department of food safety of Shanxi market supervision and Administration Bureau, and a group of four people went to Jinzhong City to supervise and investigate the progress of the annual sampling inspection and monitoring of food safety, accompanied by Qin Chen, a member of the Party group of the Municipal Bureau.
At the symposium, the Municipal Bureau reported on the implementation of food safety sampling and monitoring in the city in 2022, and Yuci District Bureau reported on the work progress of the whole region. The Municipal Bureau introduced in detail the funding guarantee, staffing, the determination of sampling varieties and inspection items, the selection of inspection units, and the promotion measures and progress of food safety sampling and monitoring in the first half of the year at the municipal and county levels, focusing on the highlight and characteristic work of food safety, such as”you click and I check”,”bright card sampling”,”brand sampling”. The research team fully affirmed the scientific determination of sampling inspection varieties at the municipal and county levels in Jinzhong, the timely selection of inspection units and the deployment of sampling inspection work in the whole city, and spoke highly of the leaders’ high attention, adequate funding guarantee and outstanding highlights in the sampling inspection work.
Subsequently, the research team went to Taigu district and Yuci district to conduct on-site supervision and random sampling of food safety supervision and sampling monitoring. The site inspected the sampling process and sampling situation of the food safety sampling inspection and monitoring of the accepting unit, and uploaded the operation process of the national food safety sampling inspection and monitoring system, answered the questions of the sampled unit, and explained and publicized the significance and role of food safety sampling inspection and monitoring.
