On July 11, the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas government purchase service project”Introduction and development of marine fish breeding equipment technology and cultivation of industrialization capacity (introduction and development)” led by the scientific and technological innovation team of industrialized circulating aquaculture equipment of the Fisheries Machinery Institute passed the on-site acceptance in Qingdao Huangdao general aquaculture Co., Ltd.
 
The expert group listened to the progress report of the project, reviewed relevant materials, and observed the use of circulating water breeding system and fish fry breeding on site. Focusing on the introduction and development of marine fish breeding equipment technology and the cultivation of industrialization ability, the project has developed three kinds of key equipment for grouper breeding, including digital display accumulated temperature fertilized egg hatching, rotary pneumatic suction and micro particle automatic feeding; Integrated research and development of an environmentally controllable grouper circulating water breeding system; One item of”production and operation procedures of environmentally controllable grouper industrialized breeding system” was prepared. The environment controllable grouper circulating water breeding system hatched 45g of tiger dragon hybrid spot fertilized eggs, with an average hatching rate of 95%; 5000 newly hatched larvae /m3 were distributed, and 15610 68 day old seedlings were cultivated, with an average length of 75mm, an average weight of 9.2g, and a survival rate of 41.0%.
 
The project”Introduction and development of seawater fish breeding equipment technology and cultivation of industrialization ability (introduction and development)” mainly aims at the backward level of domestic seawater fish seedling breeding facilities, excessive dependence on climate and water resources, low environmental controllability, unstable seedling quality and emergence rate, etc., and cooperates with abt company of the Republic of Malta to introduce seawater fish circulating water breeding equipment and system technology, and promote its industrialization development in China.
