In accordance with the relevant provisions of the food safety law of the people’s Republic of China and its implementation regulations, as well as the arrangement of the sampling plan for food safety supervision in Shandong Province, in order to further ensure food safety, the provincial market supervision bureau has carried out inspections on edible agricultural products, beverages, food processing products, condiments, pastries, wines, edible oils, fats and their products, meat products, quick-frozen food, fruit products, vegetable products, catering food, dairy products The 2010 batch samples of 24 Categories of food, including fried food and nut products, tea and related products, convenience food, canned food, bean products, biscuits, food additives, starch and starch products, potatoes and puffed food, sugar and infant formula food, were supervised and sampled, including agricultural products, catering food, cakes, bean products, food processing products, edible oil, grease and their products 14 batches of samples of 7 categories of fruit products were unqualified, and problems such as excessive pesticide residues, heavy metal pollution, over range and over limit use of food additives, microbial pollution, biotoxins, and other indicators were detected. The relevant information is announced as follows (see Annex 2 for the specific information of unqualified food in the supervision and sampling inspection).
 
I. excessive pesticide residues
 
(I) thiamethoxam in kidney beans sold in Hongbin vegetable wholesale supermarket in Zhanhua District, Binzhou City does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards.
 
(II) the pepper and thiamethoxam purchased by Pingdu Wangyang Ramen restaurant do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.
 
(III) the ginger and imidacloprid sold by the Sixiang vegetable store in Jiaxiang County do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.
 
(IV) cowpeas, emamectin benzoate and chlorpheniramine sold by Shandong olante shopping mall Co., Ltd. do not meet the provisions of national food safety standards.
 
II. Heavy metal pollution
 
(I) the chromium (calculated in CR) of spinach sold by wanggezhuang supermarket of Qingdao likeli Group Co., Ltd. does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standard.
 
(II) cadmium (calculated by CD) of Squilla sold by Junguang aquatic products sales store in Wulian County does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards.
 
III. over range and over limit use of food additives
 
(I) the golden silk jujube zongzi (production date/batch number:2022/3/6, specification and model:2.5kg/bag) sold by Feicheng Yuyu food supermarket, ansaimi does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards.
 
(II) the residue of aluminum in the fried dough sticks (fried flour products) processed by Gongjia breakfast shop, Shuguang Road, Linqing City (dry sample, calculated by Al) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standard.
 
(III) the pig head meat (sauce marinated meat), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated by sorbic acid) processed by liuchuanxiang honey crispy duck Deli in Yantai Development Zone do not meet the provisions of national food safety standards.
 
(IV) the residue of aluminum in tofu sold by Xiuzhi food business department in Lingcheng District, Dezhou City (dry sample, calculated by Al) does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards.
 
(V) the wheat pancakes, benzoic acid and its sodium salt (calculated by benzoic acid) sold by Liji pancake shop in Junan county do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.
 
IV. microbial pollution
 
The raisins (production date/batch number:2021/11/22, specification and model:200g/can) that are nominally produced by Shandong Wanbo Food Co., Ltd. sold by Qianhui shopping center in Changling Town, Ju county do not meet the requirements of product implementation standards.
 
V. biotoxins

Vi. other indicators
 
Shungeng store of Dafuyuan supermarket in juancheng County sells sesame oil (production date/batch number:2022/1/16, specification and model:216ml/bottle) whose nominal name is produced by caojiafang Oil Co., Ltd. in Mudan District of Heze City. The residue of solvent does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards. Heze Mudan caojiafang Oil Co., Ltd. raised objections to the inspection results and applied for re inspection; After re inspection, maintain the preliminary inspection conclusion.
 
For the unqualified products found in the above sampling inspection, the market supervision department of the place where the manufacturer and operator is located has ordered the enterprise to find out the flow direction of the products, recall and remove the unqualified products from the shelves, control the risks, analyze the reasons and rectify them. The unqualified products involved have been inspected and disposed of as required.
