Recently, Henan provincial market supervision and Administration Bureau organized sampling inspection of 2011 batches of samples of 16 categories of food, including catering food, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, condiments, bean products, convenience food, cakes, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, edible agricultural products, edible oil, grease and their products, potatoes and puffed food, aquatic products, beverages, 1967 batches of qualified samples of sampling inspection items, 44 batches of unqualified samples.   1. The detected value of aluminum residue (dry sample, calculated by Al) in a batch of fried dough twist produced by rongshenghe pastry workshop in Qixian County sold by xiwanglai non-staple food supermarket in Kaifeng development zone is 260mg/kg, and the standard is not more than 100mg/kg.   2. The detection value of bromate in one batch of packaged drinking water produced by Yanling Huadu Senquan Beverage Co., Ltd. sold by Weishi Xinxin water delivery store is 0.0153mg/l, and the standard is not greater than 0.01mg/l. The inspection organization is Henan Institute of product quality supervision and inspection.
 
  3. The detection value of coliform group in a batch of spoons used in the restaurant in Jiaomo village, Jufuyuan, Erqi District, Zhengzhou is detected, and the standard stipulates that it is not allowed to be detected. The inspection institution is Henan food inspection institute.
 
  4. The coliform group detection value of one batch of bowls used by lingxianzhe hotpot store in the liberated area of Jiaozuo City is detected, and the standard stipulates that it should not be detected. The inspection institution is Henan food inspection institute.

The standard stipulates that the five inspection results shall not exceed 100000cfu/g and at least three inspection results shall not exceed 10000cfu/g.   8. The total bacterial count of a batch of sandwich sausage produced by sanhecheng food factory in Beichen District of Tianjin, which is sold by Fangcheng county new century red daily necessities supermarket, is 51000cfu/g, 85000cfu/g, 62000cfu/g, 850cfu/g, 90000cfu/g. The standard stipulates that the five inspection results shall not exceed 100000cfu/g and at least three inspection results shall not exceed 10000cfu/g.   9. The nominal batch of good taste sandwich sausage produced by sanhecheng food factory in Beichen District of Tianjin sold by Wanglei seasoning and non-staple food firm in the old city of Luoyang has a total bacterial count of 48000cfu/g, 17000cfu/g, 780cfu/g, 60000cfu/g and < 10cfu/g. The standard stipulates that the test results of five times shall not exceed 100000cfu/g and at least three times shall not exceed 10000cfu/g.   10. One batch of flower bowls used by Menghui fried chicken shop in Erqi District of Zhengzhou City, the detection value of coliform group is detected, and the standard stipulates that it should not be detected. The inspection institution is Henan food inspection institute.

For one batch of spoons used in Xicheng store on the East Bank of Hula Tang, Yangfu Heliu Town, Zhengdong New Area, Zhengzhou, the detection value of coliform group is detected, and the standard stipulates that it should not be detected.   13. A batch of black sesame sold by Shaanxi China Resources Wanjia Supermarket Co., Ltd.   40.许昌聚荣商贸有限公司销售的标称重庆清友园食品有限公司生产的1批次野山椒凤爪(辐照食品),菌落总数检出值为5.7×105CFU/g、9.9×104CFU/g、1.4×105CFU/g、7.7×105CFU/g、1.9×105CFU/g,标准规定为5次检验结果均不得超过100000CFU/g且至少3次检验结果不得超过10000CFU/g。检验机构为河南省产品质量监督检验院。
 
  41.邓州市家客隆购物广场有限公司销售的标称河南省大允食品有限公司生产的1批次黑米锅巴(酱香牛排味),菌落总数检出值为67000CFU/g、47000CFU/g、3900CFU/g、21000CFU/g、34000CFU/g,标准规定为5次检验结果均不得超过100000CFU/g且至少3次检验结果不得超过10000CFU/g。检验机构为临颍县公共检验检测中心。
 
  42.邓州市家客隆购物广场有限公司销售的标称河南省大允食品有限公司生产的1批次猫爪烧锅巴,菌落总数检出值为89000CFU/g、140CFU/g、29000CFU/g、92000CFU/g、6500CFU/g,标准规定为5次检验结果均不得超过100000CFU/g且至少3次检验结果不得超过10000CFU/g。检验机构为临颍县公共检验检测中心。
 
  二、处置措施
 
  河南省市场监督管理局针对抽检发现的问题,对于不合格样品涉及外省生产单位的,已按规定移送相应省级食品监管部门进行调查处理;对于不合格样品涉及省内生产经营单位的,已要求郑州、开封、洛阳、平顶山、安阳、新乡、焦作、濮阳、许昌、漯河、三门峡、南阳、商丘、周口等地市场监管部门对涉及单位依法处理,责令查清不合格产品的批次、数量、流向,召回不合格产品,采取下架等措施控制风险,分析原因进行整改,并依法予以查处。
