Recently, Henan provincial market supervision and Administration Bureau organized sampling inspection of 1998 batches of samples of 14 categories of food, including catering food, fried food and nut products, condiments, bean products, convenience food, pastries, alcohol, food processing products, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oil, grease and their products, fruit products, quick-frozen food and beverages, 1958 batches of qualified samples of sampling inspection items and 40 batches of unqualified samples.
