Recently, Bengbu market supervision and Administration Bureau organized sampling inspection of 40 batches of condiments and catering food. 36 batches of condiments, 36 qualified batches; There are 4 batches of catering food, 2 qualified batches and 2 unqualified batches (see Annex).
 
The details of unqualified food are hereby notified as follows:
 
I. Other pollutants
 
(I) the dish anion synthetic detergent used in ermutian catering restaurant in Bengbu high tech Zone does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standard. The inspection institution is Bengbu product quality supervision and Inspection Institute.
 
(II) the anionic synthetic detergent for tableware used in the catering service hotel of quanyuguan restaurant in Bengbu Economic Development Zone does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standard. The inspection institution is Bengbu product quality supervision and Inspection Institute.
 
Bengbu market supervision and Administration Bureau reminds consumers to purchase food through formal and reliable channels and save the corresponding shopping vouchers, and to see the relevant marks on the outer packaging, such as production date, shelf life, producer name and address, composition or ingredient list and other information; Check whether the vacuum package has air leakage, bag inflation and deterioration; Do not buy products without manufacturer name, address, production date and shelf life, and do not buy products beyond the shelf life.
