On the morning of July 20, the municipal market supervision bureau held the promotion meeting of the city’s food safety liability insurance work and the special action scheduling meeting of food safety”keeping the bottom line, checking hidden dangers and ensuring safety”. Fang Houqi, Secretary of the Party group, director general and second level inspector of the municipal market supervision bureau, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wang Hongchun, member of the Party group of the Municipal Bureau and full-time deputy director of the Municipal Food Safety Office, presided over the meeting. Xu Hui, a second level researcher of the Municipal Bureau, and Zhang Daosheng, a fourth level researcher, attended the meeting.
Fang Houqi emphasized and required the food liability insurance work and the special action work of”inspection and protection” of food safety respectively, and pointed out that the establishment and implementation of the food safety liability insurance system is an important embodiment of the implementation of the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively deepening reform and strengthening food safety work, an important measure to improve the modern insurance service industry, and is of great significance to ensuring and improving people’s livelihood and promoting the social co governance of food safety. All counties and districts are required to conscientiously implement the requirements of the instructions of liucunjun, deputy director of the provincial market supervision bureau, to investigate the work of food liability insurance in our city, increase the amount and expand the scope, implement it by classification, speed up the in-depth implementation of food liability insurance, and strive to achieve 50%coverage of food production and operation enterprises (units) in the city by August 10 and 70%by the end of August. For the special action of”inspection and protection” of food safety, Fang Houqi stressed that all counties and districts should strengthen the inspection of key business types (canteens on construction sites, small food workshops) in high temperature seasons, so as to eliminate potential food safety risks in a timely manner. We should carefully analyze the outstanding problems existing in the special action, further innovate work measures, especially strengthen the investigation and handling of food cases, and carry out cross examination between”Institutes” when necessary. At the same time, we should make full use of traditional and new media to vigorously publicize the results of the special action and typical cases.
At the meeting, the directors in charge of each county and District Bureau made a report on the work of the special action of”inspection and protection” of food safety. The meeting informed the county and district bureaus of the cumulative number of inspection households, the number of risk problems found, the problem discovery rate, and the number of information submitted during the”inspection and protection” work.
Wang Hongchun made a summary of the meeting, emphasizing that all counties and districts should further clarify”what to do”,”why to do” and”how to do” around the work of”guarding, inspecting and protecting” in accordance with the requirements of director Fang’s speech, that is, to further improve their ideological understanding, re compact their supervision responsibilities, and strengthen their supervision and inspection. Change the”series” work to”parallel” promotion, linkage up and down, innovative measures, and promote the food safety work of Lu’an to a higher level with excellent work results.
