Among them, three batches of food additives were detected, which were mustard shreds (pickled vegetables) produced by Jilin baishengjia Food Co., Ltd. sold at the caogener Weihai Road convenience store in Changchun automobile economic and Technological Development Zone. When the preservatives were mixed, the sum of their respective amounts accounting for their maximum use exceeded the standard; The aluminum residue (dry sample, calculated by Al) of handmade vermicelli produced by Wangqing Guandong fanwang Food Co., Ltd. sold by Changchun Yuanfang Industrial Group Co., Ltd. Yuanfang No. 6 branch exceeded the standard; Taonan fragrant wine produced by Taonan No.1 Liquor Co., Ltd. sold by Changchun Eurasia supermarket chain operation Co., Ltd. on Zizi Road, cyclamate (calculated by cyclohexyl aminosulfonic acid) is unqualified.
 
Aluminum containing food additives, such as potassium aluminum sulfate (also known as potassium alum), ammonium aluminum sulfate (also known as ammonium alum), are used as bulking agents and stabilizers in food, and aluminum residues will be produced after use. Aluminum containing food additives used according to the standard will not cause harm to health, but long-term consumption of foods with excessive aluminum will lead to the decline of sports, learning and memory ability, and affect children’s intellectual development. According to the national food safety standard for the use of food additives (GB 2760-2014), the maximum residue limit of aluminum in vermicelli and vermicelli (dry sample, calculated by Al) is 200mg/kg. The reason why the aluminum residue in vermicelli and vermicelli (dry sample, calculated by Al) exceeds the standard may be that individual businesses use aluminum containing food additives in excess of the limit in the production and processing process in order to increase the taste of products, or the aluminum content in the compound additives they use is too high.
 
Cyclamate (calculated by cyclohexylaminosulfonic acid) is a commonly used sweetener in food production. According to the national food safety standard for the use of food additives (GB 2760-2014), cyclamate should not be used in Baijiu. The reason for the detection of cyclamate in Baijiu may be the illegal addition of cyclamate by production enterprises to improve the taste of finished Baijiu, or the cross pollution in the production of Baijiu and prepared liquor.
 
Preservatives are food additives aimed at maintaining the original quality and nutritional value of food. They can inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, prevent food corruption and deterioration, and extend the shelf life. The national food safety standard for the use of food additives (GB 2760-2014) not only stipulates the type, dosage or residue of an additive allowed to be added to food in China, but also stipulates that when preservatives with the same function are mixed, the sum of their respective dosage accounts for the maximum dosage should not exceed 1. The reason for the disqualification of the product may be that the enterprise uses a variety of preservatives to extend the shelf life of the product or to make up for the poor sanitary conditions in the production of the product, resulting in the sum of the respective dosage of preservatives in the product accounting for its maximum dosage exceeding the standard.

Alcohol content, also known as alcohol content, refers to the number of milliliters of alcohol (alcohol) in 100 ml of wine at 20 ℃, that is, the percentage of volume (capacity). The reason why the alcohol accuracy in alcohol does not meet the requirements of product label may be that the production process control of the enterprise is not strict or the production process level is low, so the alcohol content cannot be accurately controlled; It may also be that the inspection instruments of the manufacturer are not verified or the inspection process is not standardized, resulting in the deviation of the inspection results; It may also be that the packaging is not tight, resulting in alcohol volatilization.
 
For the unqualified products found in the sampling inspection, the Jilin Provincial Department of market supervision and administration has notified the local market supervision department to investigate and deal with them according to law, recall the unqualified products, analyze the reasons for rectification, and take measures such as taking off the shelves to control the risks.
