We should rely on the joint participation of all departments and units, perform their respective duties, effectively divide labor, and closely cooperate, and make full use of government supervision, market incentives, technological governance, social supervision, information release and other means to improve risk prevention capabilities. We should adhere to the problem orientation, systematically and deeply analyze the main risk points in our province, carry out the special rectification action of”keeping the bottom line, checking hidden dangers and ensuring safety” in food safety, pay close attention to key periods, key varieties and key areas, and comprehensively check the hidden dangers of food safety. We should closely cooperate with departments, consolidate the foundation of risk early warning communication, build a risk early warning communication platform, and produce more results and models, so as to”sing the stage” for the food safety supervision of all departments.
