At the meeting, all member units and relevant departments of the Municipal Bureau briefed on the sampling inspection and risk monitoring of food safety supervision in the second quarter of 2022, as well as the implementation of the rectification of fake and shoddy food in rural areas. The problems and risks found in the sampling monitoring, daily supervision and rectification work were analyzed, and the food safety risk prevention and control in the third quarter of 2022 and the rectification work plan of rural fake and shoddy food were notified.
 
Li Bo, a member of the Party group and deputy director of the Municipal Bureau, emphasized several opinions on this joint meeting:first, all member units should attach great importance to it, further strengthen the cooperation of departments, and form a working force of joint management of food safety. Second, we should focus on prominent issues and key areas of food safety and carry out a solid special rectification work. Third, we should strengthen technical support and give full play to the role of the”Shandong food chain” traceability platform in supervising the whole process of food safety. Fourth, we should strengthen the organic combination of sampling monitoring and supervision, and timely achieve”product control in place, cause investigation in place, rectification in place, administrative punishment in place, information filling and verification and disposal results publicity” for unqualified and problematic products. Fifth, solidly promote the implementation of various measures for the special rectification work. All member units should strengthen the corresponding scheduling, guidance and supervision, at least once a quarter, and carry out special supervision every six months. Sixth, it is necessary to make overall arrangements with daily work. All member units and relevant business departments of the Municipal Bureau should strive to organically combine the rectification of fake and shoddy food in rural areas with daily work, and evaluate and summarize the rectification actions in stages.
 
The meeting was attended by the relevant heads of the Municipal Bureau of agriculture and rural areas, the Municipal Health Commission, the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of natural resources and planning, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and investment promotion, the Municipal Center for Disease Control and prevention, the municipal supply and marketing cooperatives, and the relevant departments of the Municipal Bureau.
