 I. transactions in the domestic wholesale market of fresh agricultural products
 
According to the monitoring of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, in the 27th week of 2022 (July 4, 2022 – July 10, 2022, the same below), the”200 index of wholesale prices of agricultural products” was 118.40 (taking 2015 as 100), up 2.85 points from the previous week and 10.18 points year-on-year; The”200 index of wholesale price of ‘vegetable basket’ products” was 118.65 (100 in 2015), up 3.34 points from the previous week and 10.16 points higher than the same period last year.
 
  1. Pork prices continued to rise sharply. The weekly average price of pork in the wholesale market was 28.29 yuan per kilogram, up 17.5%month on month, up 34.1%for four consecutive weeks, up 25.6%year-on-year; Beef was 77.27 yuan per kilogram, up 0.1%month on month and 1.0%year-on-year; Mutton was 65.94 yuan per kilogram, down 0.4%month on month and 9.0%year-on-year; White striped chicken was 18.06 yuan per kilogram, up 0.6%month on month, up 9.5%year on year. The weekly average price of eggs in the wholesale market was 9.58 yuan per kilogram, down 0.2%month on month, up 7.5%year on year.
 
  2. The price of aquatic products rose and fell. The weekly average prices of silver carp, silver carp and large yellow croaker in the wholesale market were 18.86 yuan, 9.83 yuan and 43.63 yuan per kilogram respectively, up 1.2%, 0.6%and 0.5%month on month respectively; Hairtail was 41.85 yuan per kilogram, unchanged month on month. The weekly average prices of crucian carp, Grasscarp and carp wholesale markets were 20.31 yuan, 16.87 yuan and 14.72 yuan per kilogram, down 0.8%, 0.4%and 0.1%month on month, respectively.
 
  3. The average price of vegetables continued to rise. The weekly average price of 28 vegetables under key monitoring was 4.38 yuan per kilogram, up 5.0%month on month and 8.1%year-on-year. In terms of varieties, the prices of 21 kinds of vegetables increased and 7 kinds fell. Among them, the prices of cucumber and rape increased significantly, up 25.8%and 23.0%month on month respectively, green pepper increased 16.0%month on month, and the increase of other varieties was within 13%; Winter melon, lotus root, tomato, pumpkin, carrot, Chinese cabbage and ginger fell by 4.0%, 3.0%, 2.6%, 1.8%, 1.1%, 0.6%and 0.6%month on month respectively.
 
  4. The average price of fruit fell slightly. The weekly average price of the six kinds of fruits under key monitoring was 6.99 yuan per kilogram, down 0.6%month on month, up 19.5%year on year. In terms of varieties, watermelon, banana, Jufeng grape and pineapple fell by 5.2%, 2.3%, 1.8%and 0.2%month on month respectively; Fuji apple and Yali Pear prices rose 2.5%and 1.2%month on month, respectively.
