The Municipal Bureau of market supervision, the Municipal Bureau of agriculture and rural areas, and the Municipal Bureau of industry and information technology respectively reported the work of the special group for food production and operation safety, agricultural product quality and safety, and industrial upgrading and development in the previous stage and the next work arrangement. The meeting pointed out that it is an important task assigned by the provincial Party committee and the provincial government to carry out the investigation and rectification of food safety risks in the whole industry chain of specialty food, an urgent need to do a good job in food safety at key nodes, and a powerful measure to implement the strategic positioning and mission of”three highs and four innovations”. Since the beginning of July, the Municipal Food Safety Office has investigated the characteristic food industry for many times, and identified 15 characteristic food industries as key screening objects, such as Yanling yellow peach, Lingxian white goose, Sanmen meat wax gourd, umbrella sweet potato, Baiguan towel gourd, wang100000 yellow pepper, Liling glass pepper, Youxian rice noodles, Youxian bean products, Youxian tea oil, Chaling”three treasures” and Chaling black tea.
The meeting stressed that the management of the industry must be in charge of safety, and the protection of people’s livelihood must be in charge of safety. All member units should follow the whole process closed-loop management mechanism of”giving priority to the territory, taking the lead of the enterprise, leading by the competent industrial department, and cooperating with relevant departments” to jointly manage and form a joint force; We should adhere to the problem orientation, find out the bottom line, and perform their respective duties. We should carefully sort out, track and cancel the number of potential food safety hazards and problems found in the early investigation, and ensure that potential problems are rectified in a timely and comprehensive manner; We should further strengthen the work guidance of counties and urban areas, focus on the”second half” article of industrial standard development on the basis of investigation and risk assessment, vigorously implement the action of improving the standard of characteristic food, and promote the intensification, scale, standardization, modernization and branding of the characteristic food industry.
