 On the morning of July 22, 2022, the sub conference of standard revision and application was presided over by Zhao Linna, deputy general manager of quality of Beijing aoboxing Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
 
The director of Anhong microbial testing room of Anhui Institute of food and drug inspection made a report entitled”brief introduction —– GB 14881 terms and inspection application”. Teacher an Hong made a detailed interpretation of the requirements for good production behavior of food production enterprises from the aspects of personnel, materials, equipment and facilities, site environment, technical standards and so on, so that the on-site management of food production could achieve twice the result with half the effort. The detailed explanation made the participants say that they had gained a lot.
 
Liupengpeng, a senior engineer of the national pre packaged food quality inspection and Testing Center (Zhejiang), made a report entitled”GB 5750.2 standard interpretation and revision progress of GB 5750.2 standard inspection method for drinking water sampling”. Starting from the current situation of biological and drinking water safety and water quality sampling standards, teacher liupengpeng made a detailed interpretation of GB 5750.2, which was clear and thorough, so that the participants had a deeper understanding of the revision of the new standard.
 
Xue Gang, general manager of Beijing keaoming Biotechnology Co., Ltd., made a report entitled”keaoming MSS intelligent microbial resource management system”. Mr. Xue Gang explained the significance of microbial resource management and focused on the introduction of keaoming? How to apply MSS intelligent microbial resource management system gives you a new understanding of intelligent management.
 
Ji Qinglong, an assistant researcher of the agricultural product safety research center of the Chinese Academy of inspection and quarantine, made a report entitled”Application Analysis of molecular biological detection results of diarrhea causing Escherichia coli”. Teacher Ji Qinglong introduced the molecular biological detection and determination methods of diarrhea causing Escherichia coli in combination with the latest research progress and front-line work experience, so that the participants had a new understanding of the limit requirements of diarrhea causing Escherichia coli and the application of molecular biological detection results.
 
 On the morning of July 22, 2022, the sub venue of food processing process control was presided over by Professor Wang Huhu of Nanjing Agricultural University.
 
Lu Yan, Director/Senior Engineer of the microbiology room of the food standards and Testing Center (national dairy product quality inspection and testing center) of Heilongjiang Academy of green food science, made a report entitled”prevention and control of microbial risk factors in system inspection”. With rich working experience and a number of cases, teacher Lu Yan analyzed and explained the microbial risk factors in the system inspection in detail, so that enterprises and institutions could better prevent and control relevant risks. The on-site participants said that they benefited a lot.
 
Zheng Xiaoling, deputy director of Zhejiang Institute of food and drug inspection, made a report entitled”distribution and control of common microorganisms in the environment of food industry”. Zheng Xiaoling introduced the distribution and characteristics of various common microorganisms in the food production environment, analyzed the control measures of microbial pollution, and explained thoroughly, so that the participants could better grasp how to control common microorganisms in the food industry environment.
 
Huoshengnan, a researcher from Shandong Institute of food and drug inspection, made a report entitled”Application of microbial Traceability Technology in food safety control”. Huo Shengnan discussed the importance of food safety process supervision; Through the analysis of actual cases, the feasibility of the practical application of modern microbial Traceability Technology in the safety control of high-risk food was illustrated with examples. The wonderful explanation was highly praised by the on-site participants.
 
Wen Jiangxian, technical director of Suzhou prevenin Management Consulting Co., Ltd., made a report entitled”practice and discussion of industrial microbial pollution prevention and control”. Wen Jiangxian explained the challenges and pain points faced by enterprises in microbial pollution risk management, the sources and characteristics of microbial pollution, and introduced how to prevent and control microbial pollution from the perspective of product life cycle.
 
  On the afternoon of July 22, the quality management and new technology sub conference was hosted by liupengpeng, a senior engineer of the national prepackaged food quality inspection and Testing Center (Zhejiang).
 
Lei Zhiwen, a third level researcher of Qingdao Customs Technical Center, made a report entitled”internal development and application of quality control samples for food microbiological testing”. Teacher Lei Zhiwen focused on three types of food microbial quality control samples, and described the internal development of food microbial material control samples through examples, with pictures and texts. Finally, he summarized its practical application in ensuring the effectiveness of food microbial test results. The report was rigorous and explained in detail, which benefited the participants a lot.
 
Mao Yong, head of quality supervision department and senior engineer of Hangzhou Wahaha Group, made a report entitled”construction and operation of full link microbial prevention and control mechanism”. Based on product research and development, packaging design, sterilization process, logistics access, product protection, shelf life, environmental climate, user scenarios, etc., teacher Mao Yong plans product microbial prevention and control programs, implements full link microbial monitoring, and synchronously establishes auxiliary systems such as abnormal plan management mechanism, data analysis system and microbial case base, so as to realize the construction and operation of full link microbial prevention and control mechanism.
 
Chen Huan, chairman of the microbiome special committee of Zhejiang bioinformatics society, made a report entitled”new thinking on pathogenic microorganism detection under the concept of” one health”. In combination with the safety events of foodborne pathogenic microorganisms in reality, teacher Chen Huan further explained the necessity of developing molecular detection methods of foodborne pathogenic microorganisms, and pointed out that the development and establishment of standardized processes for microbial genome data analysis and interpretation is the key to the rapid development and promotion of major microbial industries. The content of the report was closely related to the theme, and there were bursts of applause on the scene.
 
  On the afternoon of July 22, 2022, the molecular biology technology sub conference was presided over by Zheng Xiaoling, deputy director of Zhejiang Institute of food and drug inspection.
 
Li Ke, a senior engineer of Zhejiang Academy of inspection and Quarantine Science and technology, made a report entitled”Application of fluorescent quantitative PCR technology and MALDI-TOF-MS in rapid screening of food microorganisms”. Mr. Li Ke summarized the application of fluorescence quantitative PCR and MALDI-TOF-MS in the rapid detection of food microorganisms, and communicated and discussed with the participants in combination with daily detection and scientific research work. The venue applauded and was highly praised by the participants.
 
Researcher Wang Ping of China Academy of inspection and quarantine sciences made a report entitled”Application of metagenome sequencing technology in food microbial detection and drug resistance identification”. Teacher Wang pin explained the development status of metagenomic technology and its application in food microbial detection, traceability and drug resistance analysis. The theme of the report was prominent, so that the participants had a certain understanding of food microbial detection, traceability and drug resistance analysis in the future.
 
Yu Fang, the technical director of Hangzhou Houze Biotechnology Co., Ltd., made a report entitled”Application of qsep series automatic capillary electrophoresis in multiple detection and high-throughput sequencing quality control of pathogenic bacteria”. Yu Fang explained the principle, performance and application direction in combination with cases. The detailed case explanation made the participants further understand the application of qsep series automatic capillary electrophoresis in multiple detection of pathogenic bacteria and high-throughput sequencing quality control.
 
Xu Feng, a senior field application expert at Oxford nanopore technologies, made a report entitled”Introduction to Oxford nanopore technology and its application in the field of food safety”. Xu Feng explained the principle, advantages and accuracy of Oxford nanopore technology, focusing on the application of Oxford nanopore technology in the field of food safety, so that the participants had a deeper understanding of this.
 
Shi Chao, Professor of School of life sciences, Qingdao University, gave a report entitled”rapid detection and industrialized application of nucleic acids in food microorganisms”. Mr. Shi Chao introduced that the independently developed sea and ASEA nucleic acid detection new technology platform can quickly and simply detect microbial nucleic acids in food, successfully realizing the industrialization of scientific research achievements, and explained how to apply it to food safety, medical health and other fields.
