In accordance with the food safety law of the people’s Republic of China and the working specifications for the formulation of local food safety standards in Hubei Province, six local food safety standards in Hubei Province, including Wuhan hot and dry noodles (convenient type), are hereby issued after being reviewed and approved at the 17th meeting of the Hubei food safety standard review committee.
