Recently, Ankang Market Supervision Bureau carried out special rectification on vinegar production enterprises and small workshops in the city in accordance with the unified deployment of the provincial market supervision bureau. This special rectification is the in-depth promotion of the special action of”keeping the bottom line, checking hidden dangers and ensuring safety”, which will further consolidate the main responsibility of enterprise food safety, prevent hidden dangers in food production from the source, and resolutely curb hidden dangers in the field of vinegar production and processing.
 
According to the requirements of the special rectification work, vinegar production enterprises should carry out self-examination of potential risks as required, from the aspects of incoming inspection, production process control, food additive management, product inspection records, product storage and delivery control, nonconforming product management, food recall and personnel management. Small food workshops should carry out self-examination from the aspects of production site hygiene, purchase inspection, production process control, food additive management, etc.
 
The market supervision departments at all levels in the city should refine the rectification plan according to the rectification requirements, concentrate on carrying out full coverage inspection, organize vinegar supervision and sampling inspection, strictly investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations, establish accounts for the problems found in the special rectification, achieve”one policy for one household”, implement it item by item, carry out closed-loop rectification, and cancel the number management.
 
The special rectification action lasts for two months, from July 7 to September 8, 2022, and is divided into three stages:arrangement and deployment stage, inspection and rectification stage, and rectification and improvement stage.
