  Food partner online news Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration issued a notice on the sampling inspection of food safety supervision in the first half of 2022. In the first half of 2022, market supervision departments at all levels in Guangdong Province completed a total of 306503 batches of food safety supervision sampling inspection, 6774 batches were unqualified, and the overall unqualified rate of supervision sampling inspection was 2.21%. The unqualified items involve six aspects:excessive pesticide residues, microbial pollution, excessive veterinary drug residues, unqualified quality indicators, over range and over limit use of food additives, and heavy metal pollution.
 
From the perspective of sampled food varieties, unqualified foods include food processing products, edible oil, oil and its products, condiments, meat products, dairy products, beverages, convenience foods, biscuits, cans, frozen beverages, quick-frozen foods, potatoes and puffed foods, candy products, tea leaves and related products, alcohol, vegetable products, fruit products, fried food and nut products, egg products, sugar, aquatic products Starch and starch products, cakes, bean products, bee products, health food, special dietary food, catering food, food additives, edible agricultural products, and other foods.

Among them, 4 batches, 165 batches, 180 batches, 3295 batches and 229 batches of dairy products, grain processed products, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oil, grease and their products with large household consumption were detected as unqualified, and the sampling unqualified rates were 0.06%, 0.63%, 1.56%, 3.74%and 1.47%respectively.
 
From the category of detected unqualified items, the unqualified items accounted for 23.34%of the total unqualified samples:pesticide residues exceeding the standard, microbial pollution 22.57%, veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard 13.01%, quality indicators below the standard 11.94%, food additives exceeding the range and limit 10.36%, heavy metal and other elements pollution 9.90%.
