2022 food safety supervision and sampling information of Xiamen market supervision and Administration Bureau (issue 2, 2022)

In order to ensure the safety of food consumption in our city, according to the annual food safety supervision and sampling plan, Xiamen market supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling to inspect 517 batches of food samples in 25 categories, including aquatic products, starch and starch products, catering food, condiments, meat products, and 10 batches of unqualified samples.
 
For the unqualified food found in the supervision and sampling inspection, the market supervision and management department shall timely start the verification and disposal work, find out the flow direction of unqualified products, urge the food production and business operators to fulfill their legal obligations, immediately take food safety risk control measures such as sealing up, suspending production or operation, recalling unqualified products, and carry out investigation and handling according to law. If the food production enterprise is in a different place, the regulatory department of the place where the production enterprise is located has been notified to verify and dispose of it according to law.
 
The unqualified products in the supervision and sampling inspection are as follows:
 
1. The detection value of fluoromethamphenicol (florfenicol) of Meretrix meretrix purchased by Xiamen Mudan Gangdu Hotel Co., Ltd., floor 5, No. 55, mucuo South Road, Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province (purchase date:November 26, 2021) is 789 μ G/kg, the standard is ≤ 100 μ g/kg。 The inspection organization is Xiamen CIMC Testing Technology Co., Ltd.
 
2. The detection value of bifenthrin is 0.22mg/kg, and the standard is ≤ 0.05mg/kg, which is sold by Xiamen Xiashang Minxing Supermarket Co., Ltd. in Xiangan Jinzeng Nanli store, Xiang’an District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province (purchase date:December 2, 2021). The inspection organization is Xiamen CIMC Testing Technology Co., Ltd.
 
3. The nominal”Jiabao + graphic” Five Flavor Dried mushrooms and beans (non fermented bean products) produced by Chongqing xinjiabao Food Co., Ltd., No. 1 Xingtong Road, Jinlong Avenue, Tongliang District, Chongqing, sold by Xinjia Jiahui grocery store, Haicang District, Xiamen, Fujian Province, No. 188 Zhongshan village, Haicang District, Xiamen City (production date:2021-10-5) were found by Fujian Institute of product quality inspection, The detected value of aluminum residue (dry sample, calculated by Al) is 140mg/kg, which does not meet the national food safety standard ≤ 100mg/kg. Chongqing xinjiabao Food Co., Ltd. raised objections to the inspection results and applied for re inspection. After the re inspection by Fuzhou Customs Technical Center, the preliminary inspection conclusion was maintained.
 
4. The detection value of Imidacloprid in ginger sold by Xiamen Century Celebrity Trading Co., Ltd. (purchase date:2021-12-07), No. 523, Wutu commercial street, Xinmin Town, Tong’an District, Xiamen, is 10mg/kg, and the standard is ≤ 0.5mg/kg; The detection value of thiamethoxam is 0.99mg/kg, and the standard is ≤ 0.3mg/kg. 5. The tableware (cup + spoon + rice bowl + soup bowl + plate) disinfected by Xiamen yueerkang hotel supplies Co., Ltd. in Xinghua Industrial Park, No. 555, dongrenxi Second Road, Xinglin, Jimei District, Xiamen used by Xiamen hailuoxian Catering Management Co., Ltd. in store 101, West District, Lianban commercial square, Siming District, Xiamen, Fujian Province (production date:December 8, 2021), The detection value of anionic synthetic detergent (calculated by sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate) is 0.013mg/100cm2, and the standard stipulates that it should not be detected. 6. The nominal”quasi stool + graphic” brewing vinegar (liquid fermentation) (production date:2021-08-19) produced by Jinjiang Jingfeng Food Co., Ltd., No. 90, Zhangqian East District, Lingyuan street, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, purchased by xiangweilai restaurant, Tong’an District, Xiamen City, No. 452, Duqiao Li, Duqiao community, Xiangping street, Tong’an District, Fujian Province, was inspected by Fujian Saifu Food Testing Institute Co., Ltd, The detected value of total acid (calculated by acetic acid) is 2.52g/100ml, which does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards ≥ 3.50g/100ml. Jinjiang Jingfeng Food Co., Ltd. raised an objection to the judgment basis. After verification by Xiamen market supervision administration, the objection was not recognized.
 
7. Tableware (cups, spoons, rice bowls, soup bowls, bone plates) disinfected by shangjieshang tableware disinfection Co., Ltd. at No. 287-102, 287-103, 287-104, xiashili, Xindong shunrenjia Hotel, Tong’an District, Tong’an District, Xiamen, Fujian Province (disinfection date:2021-12-10). The detection value of coliform group is detected /50cm2, and the standard stipulates that it should not be detected. The inspection organization is Fujian Saifu Food Inspection Institute Co., Ltd.
 
8. In C01, ground floor, commercial building, No. 516 Jinhu Road, Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, the detected value of cadmium (calculated as CD) in swimming crab sold in Wuyuanwan shopping center of Xiamen Tianhong shopping mall Co., Ltd. (purchase date:November 29, 2021) is 2.0mg/kg, and the standard is ≤ 0.5 mg/kg. The inspection organization is Xiamen CIMC Testing Technology Co., Ltd.
 
9. Tableware (rice bowls, soup bowls, spoons, cups, plates) disinfected by Xiamen Xinyuan Erkang tableware disinfection distribution center, No. 193 xiaoguangshan, Hongshan village, neicuo Town, Xiang’an District, Xiamen (production date:2021-12-07), used by xiangxianweiju restaurant, Xiang’an District, Xiamen, Fujian Province, at No. 959 and 961 Xindian street, Xiang’an District, Xiamen (production date:2021-12-07), the detected value of coliform group is detected /50cm2, and the standard stipulates that it should not be detected.
