Taiwan region plans to formulate regulations on the export management of white ribbon fish

   On July 13, 2021, the Taiwanese”Council of Agriculture” issued the Nongyuzi No. 1101325296 Notice, planning to formulate the”Matters to be Complied with in the Export of White Hair Fish”. There are seven draft regulations, the main contents include:

  · White ribbon fish export approval agency (“COA Fisheries Department”);
  ·Suitable for fresh, refrigerated and frozen white hair fish products;
  ·Regulates the procedures for applying for the export approval certificate of white hair fish, and the documents and related materials that should be attached to the exporter when applying for the certificate, the circumstances under which the export is not approved, the cancellation and replacement of the export approval certificate Hair management, etc.
   The period for soliciting opinions on the draft is 60 days.
