Among the unqualified samples, one batch of edible oil was found to be unqualified, which is:the peroxide value of pure vegetable oil produced by the nominal Yangxin Fuchuan Oil Co., Ltd. sold by the Yuesheng Store of Hubei Jingang Legend E-commerce Co., Ltd. Does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards.
Peroxidation value refers to the oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids in oils and fats to form peroxides, which is an early indicator of oil rancidity. Generally, it does not cause harm to human health, but eating foods with severe peroxide values may cause gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea and other symptoms. The”National Food Safety Standard Vegetable Oil” (GB 2716-2018) stipulates that the maximum limit value of peroxide value in edible vegetable oil (including blended oil) is 0.25g/100g. The reason for the excessive peroxide value in vegetable oil may be improper refining, or improper control of environmental conditions during storage of the product, resulting in rancidity of the product; it may also be that the fat in the raw material has been oxidized, the raw material has been improperly stored, and effective antioxidant measures have not been taken , Which makes the final product oil oxidized.
3 batches of eggs, mung bean sprouts, and rice peppers were found to be unqualified
Among the unqualified samples, 3 batches of eggs, mung bean sprouts, and rice peppers were found to be unqualified.
