  Recently, 4 major technological innovation special projects in Hubei Province in 2017 under the auspices of Huazhong Agricultural University passed the final acceptance.
  The project acceptance review team is composed of researcher Ding Shanhe from Hubei Agricultural Development Center, researcher Chen Hong from the Oil Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Professor Pan Zishu of Wuhan University, and Professor Xu Fengju of Wuhan University of Technology. Relevant comrades of Hubei Province High-tech Development Promotion Center, Science and Technology Development Institute, project leaders and team members participated in the acceptance meeting.
  The acceptance team first conducted on-site inspections of the 4 projects. Subsequently, the project leaders, Professor Xiao Shaobo, Associate Professor Zheng Rong, Professor Zhou Guangsheng, and Professor Li Bin reported on the project overview, main research content, technical route, achievements, and budget implementation. After listening to the report, consulting the project closing report and financial data, the project acceptance team believes that the four projects have completed the contents of the task book, met the requirements of the assessment indicators, and passed the acceptance.
  【Introduction to acceptance items】
   The project of”Development of new vaccines for important viral diseases of livestock and poultry” successfully developed a combined live vaccine of transmissible gastroenteritis-porcine epidemic diarrhea with epidemic strains, obtained a new veterinary drug registration certificate, and carried out large-scale production Production and promotion and application. The project team has also developed a Newcastle Disease Chicken Embryo Vaccine and established an ELISA method for detecting NDV antibodies, providing technical means for the detection, prevention and control of Newcastle Disease. The project products were transferred to two companies, which met the economic indicators in the project contract and produced significant economic and social benefits.
  ”The research and development of key technologies for the harmless treatment of sick and dead pigs” project optimized the aerobic composting process of pig carcasses, and developed two kinds of microbial compound inoculants that promote the composting efficiency and nitrogen conversion efficiency of sick and dead pigs, and obtained a strain with solution Phosphorus-acting Penicillium purpureus artificially induced a high-temperature resistant cellulose degrading bacteria. The researched and developed waste water and meat and bone meal of dead animal carcasses can be made into liquid (foliar) fertilizer with high concentration of amino acid content by microwave strengthening technology, and the maximum concentration of free amino acid obtained can reach 126.7g/L. The project team also conducted harmless treatment of sick and dead livestock and poultry in related experimental pig farms and experimental chicken farms, and the nutrient indicators of the obtained compost product reached the standard of bio-organic fertilizer.
   The project”Research on key technologies for standardized production and application of feed rapeseed” established a complete standardized production technology model for feed rapeseed, established intercropping production technology for feed rapeseed and leguminous forages, and established annual high-yield and high-efficiency production technology for feed corn-feed rapeseed. (Approval) There are 5 local standards and 2 main technologies approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The application of this technical model can increase the biomass of feed rapeseed to more than 5.0 tons per mu, annual green feed per mu of more than 11 tons, and the demonstration planting area of ​​feed corn and feed rape over 1.3 million mu, providing technical support to fill the gap in feed raw materials in our province; The project has established feed rape silage processing technology and high-efficiency cattle and sheep feeding technology. During the implementation of the project, more than 95,000 sheep and more than 19,000 beef cattle will be fed, saving more than 15.2 million yuan in cost and increasing efficiency. The social and economic benefits are significant.
   The”Konjac New Type Nutritional and Healthy Food Manufacturing Key Technology Research” project combines the unique physical properties of konjac and the healthy function of dietary fiber to overcome three core technologies, including the key technology for the control of konjac food properties and the key technology for the development of different satiety foods; created Four kinds of new konjac high-satisfaction nutritious and healthy foods, including gastric floating tablets, pH-responsive solid beverages, instant porridge, and gelatinous foods, have technical indicators that have reached the specifications stipulated in the mandate. During the implementation of the project, related achievements were applied to a series of products such as konjac meal replacement milkshake, meal replacement powder, instant porridge, gel jelly, etc., which promoted the development of the konjac industry.
