U.S. Department of Agriculture maintains forecast for Kazakhstan wheat exports

Interfax news agency Almaty, April 12th, the US Department of Agriculture released its forecast report for April, maintaining the forecast of wheat production in Kazakhstan for the current agricultural year (July 2020-June 2021) at 14.26 million tons; maintaining wheat The export volume is forecast to be 7.5 million tons, and the import volume is forecast to be 500,000 tons. It is estimated that as of July 1, 2021, Kazakhstan will carry over 1.69 million tons of grain stocks.

   This agricultural year, it is estimated that Kazakhstan’s grain export potential is 7-8 million tons (including wheat and wheat-equivalent flour exports).
   According to data from the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, in 2020, Kazakhstan’s net grain output was 20.063 million tons, and in 2019 it was 17.4 million tons.
