The results of”Planning Theoretical Innovation and Practice for the Green Development of Modern Marine Fishery Industry” are based on the national 863 plan, science and technology support plan, national flounder industrial technology system and other project research results, after relatively systematic fishery professional theory and technology research and industry Plan the interactive process, organically integrate the logic and path of the overall development of the modern fishery industry, as well as the interaction mode of sea, industry, city, and people. Based on the theory of marine ecosystem dynamics, fishery ecological aquaculture, and marine aquaculture capacity, it has undergone ten years. Years of scientific and technological research has achieved many innovative results, providing theoretical and technical support for promoting the green and high-quality development of marine fisheries. Its technical achievements have been applied in more than 30 fishery engineering projects in coastal provinces and cities across the country, and more than 50 planning schemes or research reports have been formed, guiding the construction of 10 national marine ranches and 18 modern fishery parks above the provincial level. In the past five years, a total of 3.87 billion yuan of economic benefits have been generated, and the unit output cost has been reduced by 15%to 30%.
The result of”Construction and Demonstration of Ecological and Efficient Flounder Farming Technology in Engineering Ponds for Flounder” was completed under the support of the National Flounder Industrial Technology System, and was aimed at the simple structure, lack of equipment, extensive management, and efficiency of traditional Chinese Flounder pond aquaculture. Through independent R&D and technological innovation, the research on the physiological mechanism of growth and health regulation of pond-cultured flounder, and the design and construction of an engineered pond aquaculture system and special equipment have been completed through independent research and technological innovation, such as low-level industrial issues and the lagging scientific issues of basic research such as pond aquaculture biology. The technical specifications for efficient aquaculture of flounder in engineered ponds have been developed, and the production area of flounder in the main production area of flounder has been demonstrated in engineering ponds with a recirculating aquaculture yield of 2357 kg/mu and a yield of 1199.1 kg/mu in semi-smooth tongue sole. Demonstration of the projected rockfish pond aquaculture yield reached 7025.8 kg/mu, and the yield and benefit of the flounder pond aquaculture increased by more than 4 to 9 times. The achievement has been industrialized demonstration and application in the main production areas of flounder in my country. In the past three years, more than 1,500 acres of engineering pond farming area of flounder has been demonstrated, with an additional breeding benefit of 119 million yuan and an additional profit of 26.94 million yuan. Significant economic and social benefits have promoted the improvement of quality and efficiency and green development of Chinese flounder pond culture.
The China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation and Promotion Award is approved by the National Science and Technology Awards Office.
