Annex II and Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 are amended as follows:
   (1) Add the four columns of promethazine, fluopyram, inoconazole and terbufen to Annex II, as follows:

   In Part A, delete the four columns of propoxypyr, fluopyram, inoconazole and terbufen.
   It is understood that this regulation will be applicable from November 6, 2021.
