  Food Partner Network NewsOn April 14, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Livestock and Food jointly issued the”Guidelines for Koreans’ Dietary Life”, the main content As follows:
   1. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits every day, and eat grains, meat, fish, eggs, beans, milk, and dairy products in a balanced manner.
  2. Less salty, less sweet and less greasy.
  3. Drink plenty of water.
  4. Avoid overeating, increase activity, and maintain a healthy weight.
  5. Must have breakfast.
  6. Food should be hygienic, and prepare as much as you want.
  7. When eating, you should eat your own food.
   8. Drink alcohol in moderation.
  9. Enjoy the eating life of Korean local ingredients and environmental protection concepts.
