  Food Partner Network News On April 8, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) of South Korea issued Announcement No. 2021-148, intending to amend 16 laws including the”Regulations for the Implementation of Health Functional Food Laws” The legal terms of the Prime Minister’s Decree are as follows:
   Change”receipt and payment” to”cashier”,”join” to”visit” and other professional terms, and use simple and natural Korean for difficult and Japanese terms such as uncommon Chinese characters and words in the current laws and regulations Instead, or explain the terms of the 16 Prime Minister’s Decree, etc., make changes in a way that is easy for citizens to understand, and improve the convenience of citizens’ use of the law.
  The time for the above comments to be solicited is until May 18, 2021.
