Lead is a heavy metal element harmful to the human body. The human body brings lead into the human body by ingesting food and drinking tap water. Lead is an accumulative heavy metal, and only when the lead content in the human body reaches a certain level, will it cause physical discomfort. Long-term intake of lead will endanger human health, especially children’s growth and mental development. The reason for the excessive lead in daylily may be that the company did not strictly inspect the raw materials during production or used inferior raw materials in order to reduce the cost of the product, and the raw materials or auxiliary materials were brought into the product; it may also be the growth and production of food raw materials. Lead pollution is caused by soil, air, water, etc. during processing.

There is also a batch of drinking water detected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa that does not meet the requirements of the national food safety standards. It is a natural mountain spring water produced and sold by Zhuxiang Shanquan Beverage Co., Ltd. in Chongyi County.
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a conditional pathogen, widely distributed in various water, air, normal people’s skin, respiratory tract and intestines, etc. It is easy to survive in humid environments and is resistant to disinfectants, ultraviolet rays, etc. Strong resistance is a health risk for people with weak resistance. The cause of excessive Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the water may be improper protection of the source water and pollution of the water body; poor hygiene control during the production process, such as undisinfected hands of employees directly contacting mineral water or the inner wall of the container; or cleaning of packaging materials Defects in disinfection.

Sodium glutamate as a flavor enhancer should be used in accordance with the”National Food Safety Standard Food Additive Use Standard”. In addition to being used as a food additive, sodium glutamate is also a component of chicken essence and chicken powder. According to my country’s commercial industry standard”Chicken Essence Seasoning”, the content of sodium glutamate in chicken essence should be greater than or equal to 35%.
Taste Disodium Nucleotide, that is, 5′- Taste Disodium Nucleotide, is a white or off-white taste crystal or crystalline powder. Taste nucleotide disodium can enhance the umami taste of the product. When it is used as a flavor enhancer in food, it should be used in accordance with the”National Food Safety Standard and Food Additive Use Standard”. In addition to being used as a food additive, Disodium Nucleotide is also a component of chicken essence and chicken powder. According to my country’s commercial industry standard”Chicken Essence Seasoning”, the content of disodium nucleotides in chicken essence should be greater than or equal to 1.1%.
