Co., Ltd. and Yashili International Group Co., Ltd.) joint inspection. In principle, the supervision and inspection of each special food production enterprise shall be no less than 3 times throughout the year (including inspections of key supervised enterprises organized by the provincial bureau, unannounced inspections, and system inspections).

  Special inspection
   One is to implement the special food rectifications deployed by the General Administration and the provincial bureaus, and organize special supervision and inspection of key production enterprises such as dairy products, meat products, honey, pastries, and aquatic products; the second is to find common problems and outstanding problems in the industry. For risky special food production enterprises, timely organize and carry out targeted special supervision and inspection.

  2. Supervision and inspection arrangements for food-related product manufacturers
   One is the implementation of”double random” supervision and spot checks on the production of plastic packaging products, paper packaging products, and electric food processing equipment for food; the second is the implementation of full-coverage supervision and inspection on stainless steel pressure cooker manufacturers; the third is the implementation of supervision and inspection of stainless steel pressure cooker manufacturers; Infant and young children’s plastic tableware, melamine tableware, and production enterprises with prominent problems found in previous years’ supervision and inspections shall implement key inspections; the fourth is to organize a full-coverage post-examination of certified production enterprises that have implemented notification and commitment permits, and unqualified enterprises shall be subject to law Propose promptly to revoke the production license proposal to the provincial bureau The supervision and inspection organized by the Municipal Bureau shall cover 5 types of certified products, and there shall be no less than 30 inspections throughout the year.
  3. Supervision and inspection arrangements for small food workshops
   One is to implement key inspections on small food workshops of key varieties such as candied fruit, wine, wet rice noodles, and candies; the other is to detect unqualified products, notified by regulatory authorities, complaints and reports and risks during supervision and random inspections in recent years During the monitoring process, the small food workshops found to have problems are inspected for reasons; the third is the supervision and inspection of the small food workshops that have been carried out daily supervision and inspection and completed rectification by the county (district) bureau and the sub-bureaus directly under the municipal bureau.
  (2) Supervision and inspection arrangements for food and food-related products and food workshops of the county (district) bureaus and the sub-bureaus directly under the municipal bureau
  Counties (districts) bureaus and sub-bureaus directly under the municipal bureaus implement full coverage of daily supervision and inspection of certified food production enterprises and registered food workshops in their jurisdictions. Carry out daily supervision and inspection of food-related product production enterprises. If there are less than 5 certified enterprises in the county-level jurisdiction, a full coverage inspection shall be organized; if there are more than 5 certified enterprises, the number of inspections shall be appropriately increased according to the actual supervision.
   All county (district) bureaus and sub-bureaus directly under the municipal bureau shall formulate annual supervision and inspection plans in their respective jurisdictions in accordance with the requirements of risk classification and classification management and the actual supervision of their jurisdictions, open them to the public and organize their implementation seriously.
  Four. Work requirements
   (1) Strengthen the organization and leadership and strengthen the implementation of responsibilities. All county (district) bureaus should attach great importance to food production supervision and inspection, strengthen organization and leadership, clarify supervision tasks, and implement supervision and inspection responsibilities; organize and formulate annual supervision and inspection plans, disclose them to the public in a timely manner, and earnestly organize their implementation. At the same time, supervise food production and processing units to carry out self-inspection, timely statistics and sort out the completion of self-inspection reports of food production and processing units in the jurisdiction, and scan and archive the self-inspection reports of food production and processing units. The food production and processing units will be sent to the food production and processing units within 2 days after the end of each quarter. The scanned version of the self-inspection report and the corresponding list of production and processing units shall be submitted to the Food Production Division of the Municipal Bureau.
