   In order to further strengthen the exchange of food safety risk information, improve risk prevention and control and coordinate response capabilities, on April 9, the Liaocheng Food and Drug Safety Office and the Municipal Health Commission held a food safety risk conference for the first quarter of 2021 And a joint meeting of the special collaboration group for food risk monitoring and evaluation.
   Li Bo, deputy director of the Municipal Food and Drug Safety Office and deputy director of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Relevant persons in charge of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, the Municipal Health Commission, the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and the Food Supervision Department of the Market Supervision Bureau attended the meeting.
   At the meeting, Comrade Wang Shuling, head of the Municipal Health Comprehensive Law Enforcement Detachment, notified the relevant requirements for food safety risk monitoring in 2021. Based on their respective responsibilities, each member unit notified the food sampling, risk monitoring, and food-borne disease monitoring in the first quarter of 2021, and analyzed the problems and risks found in the sampling and monitoring. The member units jointly studied and judged the food safety situation in our city, exchanged in-depth work experience in food safety risk prevention and control, and reached a consensus on the food safety risk prevention and control work in the next step.
   Comrade Li Bo put forward four requirements for the meeting:First, we must fully understand the key role of food safety risk communication in food safety work, and hold regular risk meeting meetings every quarter to strengthen communication and information sharing, and improve Risk consultation and the quality of risk early warning form a joint force of food safety management; the second is to focus on outstanding food safety issues and key areas, solidly carry out special rectification work, strengthen food safety risk management and control, and make full use of the results of risk consultation and communication In the city’s food safety supervision work; third, it is necessary to strengthen technical support, increase the intensity of the risky food sampling, and improve the”targeting” of supervision, sampling and risk monitoring; fourth, to strengthen the organic monitoring and supervision of sampling In combination, strengthen the inspection and disposal of unqualified foods, and at the same time make full use of the results of random inspections to further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of supervision.
