On April 8, Jinchang City Market Supervision Bureau invited senior engineers from Beijing Zhiyunda Company to conduct business guidance training for 11 fast food safety inspectors engaged in fast food safety inspections in the city’s grassroots market supervision institutes.
One is to conduct on-site training on the upgraded use and operation of the”Gansu Province Food Rapid Inspection Smart Monitoring Platform” newly built by the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau to ensure a good connection between the new and the old systems. The third is to give theoretical explanations and on-site demonstrations on the basic principles of food safety rapid detection, operation specifications of various rapid detection instruments, detection implementation steps and requirements, and reagent use methods. The trainers concentrated on learning pesticide residues and clenbuterol in food. The technicians answered questions about the problems in the actual operation, such as the rapid detection methods for common unqualified items. The fourth is to strengthen the timeliness of rapid detection to ensure that hidden dangers of”vegetable baskets” and”meat frames” are eliminated. The fast food inspection mainly investigates the excess of veterinary drug residues, prevents illegal addition of clenbuterol and nitrite, and achieves”early detection, early traceability, and early disposal” by comparing with standard data.
After nearly 6 hours of training, the test results of the samples taken on site were all negative and all qualified.
