Imports of frozen rays from South Korea in March increased by 6%year-on-year

News from SeafoodMedia on April 16, South Korea imported 976 tons of frozen rays in March, an increase of 6%from 917 tons in the same period in 2020. 45%of frozen rays came from Argentina. Imports from Chile were 276 tons, and imports from Uruguay. The volume is 79 tons, the import volume to the United States is 42 tons, and the import volume to New Zealand is 38 tons.

   The average import price is US$6.64 per kilogram, the price of frozen rays in Argentina is US$4.14 per kilogram, and the price of frozen rays in China is US$2.31.
