   Exporters or agents exporting dairy products to China shall file with the General Administration of Customs. The exporter or agent applying for the record shall provide the record information in accordance with the record requirements and be responsible for the authenticity of the information.
  Customs implements record management on importers of imported dairy products. Importers should have food safety professional technical personnel, management personnel, and rules and regulations to ensure food safety, and in accordance with the provisions of the General Administration of Customs, apply to the customs of their industrial and commercial registration place for record.
