  Among them, the unqualified edible agricultural products are:the local carob sold by Jiangxi BBK Commercial Chain Co., Ltd. Jiujiang Leying Square Store detected that hydrocarbophos does not meet the national food safety standards; by Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone The high-quality peanuts sold in Yebo RT-Mart Supermarket detected aflatoxin B1 that did not meet the national food safety standards.
   Hydrocarbophos is an organophosphorus insecticide, which has both stomach poisoning and oviparicidal effects. Hydrocarbophos is a highly toxic pesticide that causes poisoning mainly through the esophagus, skin and respiratory tract.”GB 2763-2019 National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods” stipulates that the maximum residue limit of hydrocarbophos in legumes and vegetables is 0.05mg/kg. A small amount of pesticide residues will not cause acute human poisoning, but long-term consumption of foods with excessive pesticide residues will have a certain impact on human health.
   Aflatoxin B1 is a strong carcinogenic chemical substance, and its toxic effect is mainly to damage the liver. The”National Food Safety Standard Limits of Mycotoxins in Foods” (GB 2761-2017) stipulates that the maximum limit of aflatoxin B1 in peanuts and peanut products is 20μg/kg.
  The unqualified pastries are:Jiujiang tea cakes (whole-wheat flavor) sold by Dongfang Cake Shop in Xunyang District, Jiujiang City, and produced by the Lushan Branch of Jiujiang Red Dongfang Food Co., Ltd., have detected peroxide values ​​that do not meet Regulations of national food safety standards.

  The unqualified beverages are:Keelung Mountain Spring, produced and sold by Xunwu County Keelung Mountain Natural Food Co., Ltd., has detected residual chlorine that does not meet the requirements of the national food safety standards; it is sold by the sales department of Huaxiang Beverage Factory in Taihe County, nominally Xingguo Pseudomonas aeruginosa detected in the natural mineral water produced by the Baoshishan Mineral Water Plant of the County Xiaoerda Food Co., Ltd. does not meet the requirements of the national food safety standards.
  Residual chlorine (free chlorine) refers to the amount of chlorine remaining in the water after disinfection with chlorine. Its function is to ensure continuous sterilization and to prevent water from being recontaminated. However, if the amount of residual chlorine exceeds the standard, it may aggravate the peculiar smell of phenols and other organic substances in the water, and may also generate chloroform and other organochlorines that have mutagenic, teratogenic and carcinogenic effects. The reason that the residual chlorine (free chlorine) in packaged drinking water exceeds the standard may be that the company’s production process is not strictly controlled or the production process level is low, and the content of residual chlorine (free chlorine) cannot be effectively controlled; it may also be that the water source is polluted.    Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a conditional pathogen, widely distributed in various water, air, normal people’s skin, respiratory tract and intestines, etc. It is easy to survive in humid environments and is resistant to disinfectants, ultraviolet rays, etc. Strong resistance is a health risk for people with weak resistance.”GB 8537-2018 National Food Safety Standard for Drinking Natural Mineral Water” stipulates that the standard value of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in drinking natural mineral water is n=5, c=0, m=0, and the unit is CFU/250mL. Excessive Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the water may be caused by improper protection of the source water and pollution of the water body; poor sanitation control during the production process, such as undisinfected hands of employees directly contacting mineral water or the inner wall of the container; or cleaning and disinfection of packaging materials Caused by defects.
   Regarding the unqualified food found in the random inspection, the Jiangxi Provincial Market Supervision Administration has notified the relevant market supervision department to deal with it in accordance with the law. The local market supervision department has ordered the relevant units in the food production and operation link to immediately take measures to check the product flow, stop selling, remove the shelves, recall and other measures to control risks, and report the verified purchase channels, origin and other information to the relevant management departments.
