Australia issues multiple export food control regulations for 2021

On March 24, 2021, the Australian Federal Register website issued 7 announcements including F2021L00304 and F2021L00308. The content is that a number of export food control regulations for 2021 have been formulated in accordance with the Export Administration Law, involving the export of milk, poultry, poultry eggs, Aquatic products, rabbit meat, game, plant-derived foods and related products of the above-mentioned foods. The content of the directive mainly includes the scope of products applicable to the export directive, the registration review and management of product manufacturing and processing enterprises, the production and processing requirements of export products, the quality requirements and sanitary standards of export products, the application and management of export licenses, and official inspection and supervision.
