   The Sichuan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organizes food safety supervision and random inspections, and collects 324 batches of samples of 5 categories of food, including catering food, edible agricultural products, soybean products, pastries, edible oil, grease and their products, and 11 batches of samples were detected Unqualified. The main problems found were excessive banned veterinary drug residues, over-range/over-limit use of food additives, substandard quality, over-standard microorganisms, detection of non-edible substances, etc.
  For the unqualified food found in the random inspection, the Provincial Market Supervision Administration has instructed Chengdu, Deyang, Mianyang, Suining, Neijiang, Guang’an, Bazhong, Ya’an, Meishan, and Liangshan Prefecture markets The Supervision and Administration Bureau immediately organized the inspection and disposal, supervised the food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, and took measures such as removing unqualified products from the shelves to control risks; and strictly dealt with violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law; and timely implemented the risk prevention and control measures adopted by the enterprises. The verification and disposal situation is disclosed to the public.
