  According to the requirements of the State Administration of Market Supervision, the inspection and disposal of a batch of unqualified foods sold by Sichuan Qingfei Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. in our province and nominally produced by Dujiangyan Songyuan Food Co., Ltd. are now notified as follows:< /div>

  1. Basic situation of random inspection
   On November 16, 2020, Chengdu Food and Drug Inspection and Research Institute performed the national food safety supervision and sampling task, and collected samples from Sichuan Qingfei E-commerce Co., Ltd. Tmall store (shop name:Qingfei Eater flagship store) through online shopping 1 batch of dried beef (five flavors) (specification model:250 g/bag; production date:2020-10-25) produced by Dujiangyan Songyuan Food Co., Ltd. After inspection, the item of”Total Colonies” was unqualified.
   2. Disposal of production links
   After receiving the unqualified inspection report, the Dujiangyan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Chengdu City immediately initiated the inspection and disposal, and timely delivered the unqualified food inspection report and inspection result notice to Dujiangyan Songyuan Food Co., Ltd. The company filed a counterfeit objection to our bureau on December 8, 2020. With the assistance of relevant units, our bureau recognized its counterfeit objection on December 29, 2020 and notified the applicant in writing.
  3. Disposal of business links
  (1) Product control
   After receiving the unqualified inspection report, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Zizhong County, Neijiang City immediately initiates the inspection and disposal, and promptly delivers the unqualified food inspection report and inspection result notice to Sichuan Qingfei Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., and Conducted an on-site inspection. It has been ascertained that the business entity purchased 5 bags of unqualified air-dried beef (five flavors) of this batch, totaling 50 kilograms, with a value of 7,700 yuan; all sales have been completed.
  Zizhong County Bureau ordered Sichuan Qingfei Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. to immediately suspend the sale of substandard food and initiate the recall procedure. The Territorial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau will continue to strengthen supervision to prevent and control similar food safety risks.
  (2) Administrative penalty
   The Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Zizhong County, Neijiang City filed the case for investigation on December 24, 2020. After investigation, Sichuan Qingfei Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. violated the provisions of Article 34, Paragraph 1, Item (2) of the”Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”, in accordance with the”Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” 120 Article 4 The provisions of paragraph 1 (1), combined with”Sichuan Province Market Supervision and Administration Administrative Penalty Standards Application Regulations” Article 9, paragraph 1 (1), Zizhong County Bureau decided on February 18, 2021 Administrative penalties are as follows:a fine of 10,000 yuan (uppercase:ten thousand yuan).
   (3) Troubleshoot and Rectify
  After investigation, Sichuan Qingfei Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. stated that it purchased beef jerky and spicy A5 bags (10kg/bag) from Dujiangyan Songyuan Food Co., Ltd. on October 25, 2020, and no receipt was issued at that time. The parties used packaging bags bought from the Internet to repackage them into 200 bags of 250 grams of ready-to-eat dried beef (five flavors), which were sold by self-made labels. The reason for the unqualified products in the random inspection may be pollution caused during the sub-packaging process. Sichuan Qingfei Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. has removed this product from the Tmall website on December 23, 2020.
