Strengthen the interconnection of farmers and businesses, develop new models and new business forms that link production and sales such as agricultural supermarkets, agricultural cooperatives, agricultural enterprises, and agricultural schools, and form a pattern of online and offline integration and two-way interoperability of elements. Encourage large enterprises to establish a new rural logistics system that integrates chain operation, home-to-home delivery, and scientific and technological services, and explore a development model that combines rural logistics and agricultural cold chain logistics.
