  Food Partner Network News On April 6, the Ningxia Science and Technology Department announced the proposed projects in the agricultural and rural areas of the Ningxia Autonomous Region’s key research and development plan in 2021. According to Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region’s key R&D plan project management regulations, the 2021 Ningxia Autonomous Region’s key R&D plan—agricultural and rural projects will undergo online application, formal review, expert review, project review, comprehensive credit inquiry, and party group meeting research and approval. 86 projects have been approved.
