   On March 26, entrusted by Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences invited Crop Science Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shandong Normal University, Shandong Agricultural University, Jining Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Shandong Taihe Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. Relevant experts of the unit have checked and accepted the three provincial agricultural superior seed engineering projects undertaken by the Crop Germplasm Resources Research Institute. Liu Kaichang, director of the Science and Technology Division of the Academy, presided over the meeting. Zhang Zheng, director of the Institute of Crop Germplasm Resources, researcher Wang Xingjun, and related comrades of the research team and management departments attended the meeting.
  The project”Research on the Introduction and Utilization of Southern Characteristic Rice Germplasm” hosted by researcher Yao Fangyin, introduced 32 fragrant rice germplasms, 11 soft rice germplasms with 12%amylose content, and fragrant glutinous rice germplasms 22 copies of glutinous rice germplasm, 31 copies of purple rice germplasm, and 3 new rice varieties suitable for planting in Shandong were selected through characteristic identification; high-yield, high-quality and disease-resistant characteristics suitable for planting in Huanghuai District were selected and bred There are 17 new rice lines, including 3 new fragrant rice lines, 4 new fragrant glutinous rice lines, 4 new glutinous rice lines, 3 new low-amylose rice lines, and 3 new purple rice lines. Published 4 papers, 3 authorized patents, 1 patent acceptance, 7 authorized variety rights, and 2 approved varieties.
   The project”Introduction of Cistanche, Quinoa and Cyperus serratus and High-Efficiency Cultivation Models in the Yellow River Delta” project led by Associate Researcher Hou Lei, introduced 6 Cistanche cistanche varieties, 9 Cyperus serratus varieties, and 50 quinoa varieties. Through the identification and analysis of adaptability in our province, the dominant ecological factors affecting its growth and development have been clarified; 1 Cistanche cultivar suitable for planting in the Yellow River Delta and other ecological regions, 3 oily cedar cultivars and 2 quinoa cultivars have been screened out. A; 9 new quinoa germplasms with excellent traits were obtained by EMS mutagenesis; through special technical research on sowing date, planting density, seedling technology, water and fertilizer management, etc., integrated suitable for Cistanche cistanche, quinoa and Cyperus esculentus in our province 1 set of cultivation technology regulations. Published 6 research papers and applied for 6 invention patents.
   The project”Introduction and Germplasm Innovation of Peanuts 2008″ hosted by researcher Li Guowei, clarified the effects of different fertilization measures on the growth and development and yield of Xianghua 2008, and clarified that calcium and zinc are the key to its yield formation Nutrient elements; through hybrid breeding methods and molecular-assisted selection techniques, 21 excellent and adaptable germplasms were created; through phenotype-genotype association analysis, two key genes that determine the size of peanut seeds were excavated; eliminated through selection The analysis clarified the rules of gene selection and elimination during the breeding of peanut varieties, identified a batch of key genes related to yield, stress resistance, water and fertilizer regulation, etc., and conducted functional studies on LEC transcription factors and nodulation genes. 10 QTLs related to yield traits of peanut. Published 16 papers, declared 3 national invention patents, trained 2 doctoral students and 6 master students.
  The acceptance expert group listened to the report and reviewed the acceptance materials. After inquiries and discussions, it was agreed that all three projects had completed various task indicators and agreed to pass the acceptance.
