  Recently, the National Standard”Technical Specifications for Packaging, Storage and Cold Chain Transportation of Fresh Tremella”, which was presided over by the Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, was managed by the national standardization The committee issued a project (20203877-T-442), and the implementation cycle is 24 months.

   This is my country’s first national standard in the cold chain logistics field of fresh edible fungi. It fills the gap in the national standard for fresh tremella preservation in my country, and is helpful to promote the province’s white fungus. The development of the entire edible fungus industry is of great significance, further enhancing the industry influence of the Fujian Tremella industry in the country.
