The European Union approves Lactobacillus furfur DSM 32962 as a feed additive for all animals

Food Partner Network News According to the Official Journal of the European Union, on February 25, 2021, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) No. 2021/346, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1831/of the European Parliament and the Council. In 2003, Lactobacillus parafarraginis (Lactobacillus parafarraginis) DSM 32962 was approved as a feed additive for all animals.

  According to the conditions specified in the appendix, the category of this additive authorized as an animal additive is”technical additives” and the functional group is”silage additives”. The authorization end date is March 18, 2031. This regulation shall take effect on the twentieth day from the date of issuance.
