  Food Partner Network News On March 25, the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) released a draft of some amendments to the”Imported Food Safety Management Special Act Implementation Rules” to strengthen the safety management of imported food. Reduce the burden on operators.
   The main contents include:submission of certificates and documents for registration of overseas production enterprises; mandatory submission of animal product export sanitation certificates; for OEM imported foods, the increase in fines for importers who fail to conduct sanitation inspections; relaxation of sanitation training for operators and staff Cycle; modify the implementation cycle of precision inspection, etc.
