3. Work content
Shenzhen’s “Safe Meat Supermarket” should comply with Shenzhen’s “Reliable Meat” in terms of the implementation of corporate responsibilities, the source control of meat and vegetables, the quality and safety management of the meat and vegetables sales process, the working mechanism of edible agricultural product quality and safety self-inspection, and information disclosure.”Vegetable supermarket” assessment requirements. The Municipal Market Supervision Bureau entrusts a social professional organization (hereinafter referred to as the project undertaking unit) to be responsible for specific transactional work, and to carry out follow-up evaluation and new application review work in accordance with the assessment and evaluation requirements.
Four. Implementation steps
(1) Mobilization and deployment
According to this work plan, the project organizer will interpret the content, steps, requirements, etc. of the assessment and evaluation work to the certified and newly declared enterprises of”Reliable Meat and Vegetable Supermarket”, and guide the supermarket to conduct self-assessment and improvement according to the requirements of the assessment and evaluation, and start” Rest assured that the meat and vegetable supermarket” construction work.

The project undertaker organizes experts to conduct a quarterly follow-up evaluation on the certified enterprises of”Reliable Meat and Vegetable Supermarket”. (3) Newly applied supermarket review
The project undertaking unit shall, in accordance with the work arrangement of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, carry out the review of newly applied supermarkets in a timely manner.
Invite government regulatory agencies, technical institutions, relevant organizations, and other expert representatives with review capabilities to form a review team to conduct inspections and evaluations of newly declared supermarkets. The evaluation work strictly compares all evaluation points in the evaluation and evaluation form, and uses methods such as on-site information review and on-site inspection to evaluate and score the supermarket with real names.
(4) Social Publicity
The project undertaking unit will regularly report the follow-up evaluation and review work to the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau. The Municipal Market Supervision Bureau will issue a report on the assessment and evaluation of the”Reliable Meat and Vegetable Supermarket” and announce the list of companies that meet the standards.
For supermarkets where problems are discovered for the first time and have not been improved in the follow-up evaluation work, the project undertaker shall issue a rectification notice to urge them to make rectification.
For supermarkets that still fail to meet the standards after rectification and have a tracking evaluation score of less than 80, the project undertaker will report the situation in writing to the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau. The Municipal Market Supervision Bureau canceled its Shenzhen”Reliable Meat and Vegetable Supermarket” certificate after review.
5. Division of labor requirements
(1) The Municipal Market Supervision Bureau uniformly guides the project undertaking unit to carry out follow-up evaluation and review work, and supervises the progress of mobilization and deployment, assistance guidance, new declarations, follow-up evaluation and other work.
The project undertaker is responsible for the implementation of various specific tasks.
Supermarkets should take the initiative to implement the main responsibility of food safety, and conduct self-evaluation and self-examination and improvement in accordance with the requirements of assessment and evaluation. Increase positive publicity and guidance, enhance the sense of honor of certified supermarkets, increase the sense of identity of citizens, continue to consolidate and expand work results, and enhance social influence.
