   3. Frequency of supervision and sampling

   (1) Fresh milk and raw milk powder purchased by enterprises

   sampling rate shall not be less than 15%of all raw material batches. If the company does not use new raw materials during the current sampling inspection, the same batch of raw materials that have been sampled the previous time shall not be repeated.

  1. Fresh milk:If the company has a clear batching regulation, the number of batches for sampling shall be calculated according to the company’s batching regulation; if the company has not formulated a batching regulation, the principle The raw milk purchased from the same farm on the same day is one batch.

  2. Raw milk powder:The same batch of products purchased by the enterprise and the same production date (batch number) marked on the product.

   (2) Dairy products produced by enterprises

   For the dairy product manufacturers in our city, random inspections will be conducted in the second or third week and the third or fourth week of each month; each company will conduct random inspections each time 1 batch of products, and strive to achieve 100%full coverage of random inspections in product categories from March to April this year, and ensure that companies achieve 100%full coverage of random inspections in product categories by October. On the basis of achieving 100%full coverage of random inspections of products, enterprises will give priority to sampling large batches of products.

  4. Sampling work and inspection agency

  According to the provisions of the”Food Safety Sampling Inspection Management Measures”, the sampling and inspection of this dairy product supervision and sampling inspection are carried out by the Qingyuan Food Inspection Center uniformly entrusted by the Municipal Bureau. All relevant county (city, district) bureaus shall cooperate fully with the supervision and random inspection work.

   5. Sampling method and quantity

   (1) Sampling method:Randomly sample inspection samples from the company’s finished product warehouse for sale products or raw and auxiliary materials warehouse. The inspection samples shall not be provided by the enterprise itself.

   (2) Sampling number:

  5. Sample sealing:The sampler should take effective measures to prevent unpacking, seal the test sample and the re-inspection backup sample separately, and the sampler and the The sampled food company signs or seals for confirmation.

   The fee for this dairy product supervision and sampling inspection shall be paid by the Municipal Bureau uniformly, and no fee shall be charged to the enterprise.

  8. Work requirements

   (1) The inspection agency and personnel shall organize the implementation in strict accordance with the”Food Safety Sampling Inspection Management Measures”.

   (2) All samples for this supervision and random inspection shall be sent to the inspection agency.

   (3) The inspection agency shall re-inspect the inspection results by itself during the inspection process and shall not use the re-inspection backup samples.

   (4) If the inspection result is qualified, the inspection agency shall report the inspection result to the Food Production Safety Supervision Division of the Municipal Bureau within 7 working days after the inspection conclusion is made; Those unqualified should be reported within 2 working days.
