The agricultural and rural departments in all districts continue to strengthen the construction of agricultural genetically modified regulatory forces, improve their regulatory capabilities, and standardize agricultural genetically modified research, testing, production, operation, import, and processing activities.   2. Supervision focus

Agricultural and rural departments at all levels should cooperate with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs to review the processing of imported genetically modified organisms by overseas traders, domestic traders and processing enterprises, and strengthen guidance services for enterprises applying for agricultural genetically modified processing licenses.   3. Job requirements

In accordance with the above requirements, combined with the actual situation, the 2021 agricultural genetic modification supervision plan will be formulated and reported to the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau for the record before the end of March, and will be published on the official website of the unit.
   (2) Strengthen supervision and inspection.
