   Coliform is one of the commonly used indicator bacteria for food contamination at home and abroad. The detection of coliforms in food indicates that it is more likely to be contaminated by pathogenic bacteria. Excessive coliform bacteria may be caused by the contamination of the processing raw materials and packaging materials of the product, or the contamination of the production equipment such as personnel, tools and instruments, the environment during the production process, and the incomplete sterilization of products with sterilization processes.

   Regarding the unqualified food found in the random inspection, the Jiangxi Provincial Market Supervision Administration has notified the relevant market supervision department to deal with it in accordance with the law.
